1. Who we are

Ancieen (安心) provides information-only, cited immigration and mobility pathway analysis at ancieen.com. Contact: eva.ai@volckano.com

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address (for sign-in).
• Profile you enter: nationality, age, education, language scores, work experience, funds, goal — used only to compute your pathways.
• Usage: saved plans, credit balance, and basic technical logs.

3. How we use it

To compute and display your cited pathways, save your plans, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it to advertise.

4. Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments — we never see your full card number), and Render (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.

5. Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account and profile data at any time — email eva.ai@volckano.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live (e.g. China PIPL, EU GDPR), you may have additional statutory rights.

6. Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. Access is restricted and rows are protected per-user (row-level security).

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
