• Account: your email address (for sign-in). · 账户：邮箱（用于登录）。
• Profile you enter: nationality, age, education, language scores, work experience, funds, goal — used only to compute your pathways. · 你填写的资料：国籍、年龄、学历、语言成绩、工作年限、资金、目标，仅用于计算你的路径。
• Usage: saved plans, credit balance, and basic technical logs. · 使用记录：已保存的方案、额度余额与基础技术日志。

3. How we use it · 使用方式

To compute and display your cited pathways, save your plans, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data or use it to advertise. · 用于计算并展示带引用的路径、保存方案、处理付款、提供支持及保障安全。我们不会出售你的个人数据，也不用于广告。

4. Service providers · 第三方服务

We share the minimum necessary with: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments — we never see your full card number), and Render (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms. · 我们仅按需与以下服务商共享：Supabase（登录与数据库）、Stripe（支付，我们看不到完整卡号）、Render（托管）。

5. Your choices · 你的权利

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account and profile data at any time — email eva.ai@volckano.com and we will action it.
