ancieen (安心) provides informational analysis of publicly-published immigration, study, work, residence and citizenship rules, with citations. It is not immigration, legal, tax, or financial advice, and we are not your agent or representative. Rules change and individual cases vary — always verify with the official source or a licensed professional before acting. 2. Accounts · 账户
You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features. · 你需对自己的账户及所填信息的准确性负责，并须具备签订合同的能力方可使用付费功能。
3. Credits & payments · 额度与付款
In-depth reports (“checkups”) are purchased with credits on a pay-as-you-go basis (no subscription); credit bundles are discounted. Payments are handled by Stripe. Credits already spent to generate a report are non-refundable; if a charge is made in error, contact us and we will make it right. Business/agency subscriptions (e.g. Rule Radar) renew monthly until cancelled. · 深度报告（「体检」）以按需购买的额度（无月费订阅）支付，额度套餐享折扣。付款由 Stripe 处理。已用于生成报告的额度不予退款；如有误扣，请联系我们更正。机构订阅（如「规则雷达」）按月续订至取消为止。

Do not misuse the service, scrape or resell the data or reports, attempt to breach security, or use it for anything unlawful. · 请勿滥用本服务、抓取或转售数据与报告、试图破坏安全，或用于任何非法用途。
5. Intellectual property · 知识产权
The engine, curated rule dataset, reports, and brand are owned by ancieen. Official source content linked in citations belongs to the respective governments. · 引擎、整理后的规则数据集、报告与品牌归安心所有；引用中链接的官方内容归各国政府所有。
6. Disclaimers & liability · 免责与责任限制
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ancieen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. · 本服务按「现状」提供，不含任何保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，安心不对任何间接或后果性损失、或基于本分析所作决定承担责任。我们的责任总额以你在此前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。
